when I order something worth of $500 I expect a decent support service. You are not able to create a simple mistake made by you in the delivery address. Instead of correcting the delivery address I was receiving only automated messages from anybody from the management of reads their Twitter, you will lose all your shoppers with this worst ever service. I have ordered $500 worth of merchandise, immediately noticed that made a mistake in the delivery address (100% their fault), and for 2 weeks been trying to contact their Support. Live person never responds to Support requests. They made a mistake when sending the package and refuse to help correct the delivery address. Good business our beloved brand is worse than AliExpress. Left the coats I chose, and won’t come back again. And there wasn’t actually anyone else around.Ībsolutely no common sense or courtesy. She was too keen to dismiss me within seconds - asking me to move on as there’s another customer she wanted to serve- I wasn’t even finished with my query. She mentioned the item is not for sale but when I asked then why it has the tag on it, she couldn’t answer.

Well, I did come for the second time, chose a few coats to buy and asked the manager of the store if I can buy that shirt too. I was told they were displaying that particular shirt for Xmas and I can have it after Xmas. It was tagged with a yellow tag, so it was clearly for sale and not just for display. I went there before Xmas to buy shirts and vests and really wanted to buy a shirt on a half-mannequin. They don’t really care about the business, earning money or even assisting the customers. I don’t really know what these people there are employed for.
